Soccer Equipment Made to Order

• All special make up orders for soccer equipment must be faxed. No phone orders will be accepted.
• All orders must be accompanied by a diagram supplied by S.S.I. The diagram must show all relevant order details regarding sizes, colour combinations of the panels, collars, piping, buttons etc. No alterations, additions or cancellations can be made to any orders once it has been received by S.S.I. Please note that a soccer equipment order is not classed as being received by us until all details are completed.
• A "Confirmation of Order" will be e-mailed or faxed to the ordering party acknowledging the receipt of the order with correct details. This document will also include and accurate E.T.A. of the order. No further enquiries regarding the delivery time of the order will be acknowledged unless there is and alteration to the E.T.A.
• All orders and quoted as 6 weeks dispatched from our warehouse from date of order.
• Please allow extra time for delivery of your soccer equipment between our warehouse and your business address.
• Colours used in the S.S.I. catalogue shall be used as the final guide to filling in the order form. For example, in the catalogue Blue is referred to as Blue, not Royal Blue, Bottle as Bottle not Bottle Green. Please use the colours as referred to in the catalogue.
• We reserve the right to demand a 50% deposit for large orders or orders with unusual colour combinations or embroidery and in certain instances payment in full before the order is commenced.
• All orders, regardless of whether they are first time or repeat will be subject to the minimum quantities as set out on the table below. No exceptions will be granted under any circumstances. Please ensure that all orders include enough items to cover unforeseen circumstances.
• All garments will bear the S.S.I. logo unless clearly stated otherwise on the S.S.I. Order Form.
• Receipt of "Confirmation of Order" constitutes and acceptance of the above Terms & Conditions.
