FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Are the items shown in stock? Yes, except of course the examples shown in the Made to Order section.
- Are their minimum order amounts? No. Minimums only apply to Made To Order items.
- Are numbering, screen printing, and embroidery services available? We do provide a numbering service but we do not embroider or screen print on garments. We also do not put names or lettering on garments.
- How long do I have to wait for my order? After payment has been received and cleared all orders are shipped immediately and depending on location should reach you within 1 to 3 working days.
- How do I know what sizes to order? Size charts for every range are provided and can be accessed from the Drop-down Menu of each brand. Note that the charts are in inches and centimetres and all orders must be ordered according to the sizes on the charts.
- What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Direct Deposit. Please note that goods will not be despatched until the funds show as deposited into our online account . In the case of cheque payment, the funds must clear which can take 3-5 working days. All transactions by Credit Card will be subject to a 2% Processing Fee.
HOW TO ORDER
- Read our Terms and Conditions.
- Click on CONTACT US and a dialogue box will appear. Fill out all the information required for the order and then send.
- A tax invoice will be e-mailed back to you with our bank details which can be used for Direct Deposits and a Credit Card Authority form if you wish to pay by Credit Card. Credit Card details can also be given by phone.
- Once payment has been received the order is despatched.
- Please note that our main source of despatch is by courier. Please ensure that somebody is present at the given address so that the goods can be signed for.
- Our couriers do not deliver goods without a signature.
