Soccer equipment suppliers Soccer Shirts International (SSI) was formed in 1989 by the current owners Lawrence Whitty and Con Hadjidakis. Both partners come from a sporting background and with Lawrie's experience in sports retail and Con's experience in clothes manufacturing they sought to be able to provide good quality soccer equipment and team wear with the service, reliability and an affordable price to match.

One of the things that sets SSI apart was that we were the first soccer equipment company in Australia to apply "stock off the shelf" idea to team wear, Other companies have followed our lead in this area but they still cannot offer the vast in stock range of soccer equipment offered by us especially after the launch of our "Ultra" and "Grand Sport" ranges.

Reliability, continuity and guaranteed delivery have also been a hallmark of SSI over the years. This is due to SSI's overseas soccer equipment production facility which is totally owned and controlled by the company. We will never promise what we cannot deliver or take on a delivery time we cannot meet.
